    Zach Granite is quietly recovering from his horrid start and is having himself a nice year. He is looking like a solid prospect.

    I wonder what the Twin's plans are for Vielma. His demotion was oddly timed and watching Gordon and Vielma flip fliop between SS and 2B is kind of a waste.

    Prediction: Romero is the pitcher of the month for June Hopefully he can finish in Fort Meyers after they promote Gonsalves and Jay in July.

    Comments like this are the worst....its the internet...its free...its full of interesting analysis on interesting prospects and lots of work went into it. Comment/disagree on that instead of trying to show how fluent you are in English.

    With Ortiz Twins probably win the 2006 WS. If that happened, Mauer and Gardy could be HOF candidates If wishes were fishes....damn it.

    Gordon has 14 errors. (Errors are not predictive...but 14 is just bad) What the heck is going on down there? Every scouting report I have seen raves about his defensive tools. But he has 14 errors. Is this bad coaching? Poor effort? What?

    I think guys like Dozier and Plouffe were overrated. Plouffe is an average player and Dozier is looking avergae to slightly below average. Average players have value, but counting on them to carry a team is a sign of a poorly constructed team. While Mauer hasnt been good since 2013. Perhaps it was foolish to give corner lockers to guys with the talent of role players.

    Brett Lee pitched vs Chatanooga yesterday. Good luck to him Francisco Rios pitched for the Blue Jays vs Fort Myers. Their young stud pitching prospect dominated Low A ball as a 21 year old, instead of holding him at Low A in the hopes they could secure a playoff spot, the Blue Jays promoted him to High A. Thats a novel approach.

    Blue Jays have Dickie Thon's kid in their system. That is mildly interesting. Time to restart that forum?

    Today the Bo Sox promoted Andrew Benintendi a 21 year old prospect to AA from A+ because he was doing really well. Meanwhile for the Twins, 22 year olds like Wade are beating up kids in low A....sigh.

    I think it would be more useful to compare the 2016 Twins to the Twins teams of 94 - 98 era. In the late 90's they had vets like Coomer, Pat Mears, Winfield, Moliter, Tweksbury while mixing in players like Cordova, Lawton, Becker, Hawkins. It wasn't a "solid mix" it was a freaking disaster. - Just like 2016 is turning out to be. The key difference is in 2016 a lot of the vets are signed long term. It wasn't until 1999 when the Twins went full on youth (except for Terry Steinbach) Hopefully, they start to move those vets and replace them with youth so by Late July the team resembles the 1999 team so we can accelerate the rebuild.

    I had a choice as young kid. I could've been a Twins fan, Brewers fan, White Sox fan or a Cardinals Fan. I choose the Twins because they were winners. 2 World series a great GM and a great young manager. Now....I am stuck with it. Damn it

    Unless of course the GM has built a team that forces the manger to play a lot of guys out of position making this team one of the worst Defensive teams I have ever seen and built a horrible bullpen While the manager puts a guy with a .267 OBP at leadoff and has a team that is making multiple baserunning mistakes and hasn't proven able to right this ship. But yeah...its the players fault. Lets give Molly and Ryan a pass.

    This is one reason I hate trading with that org. Every young yankee prospect/player, is overhyped.
