    This team won't win many extra inning games because they can't do the small-ball things like move runners over.

    I think that last one was actually Smith - after Abreu hit the ball to short and it was clear he was getting out of the inning, he yelled that f-bomb into his glove as he started to walk off the mound.

    Terrible strike call there on Gordon to make it 0-2. The time for robot balls/strikes is long overdue, they just have too much influence on the outcomes of the games when they get these calls wrong.

    Rare sign of a bad attitude from Polanco there. Where's the hustle? Really unlike him. In other news, Eddie Rosario struck out in the 9th with the tying run on 2nd, to kill a three-run Braves rally. Braves lost 5-4, Eddie is now batting .068 and k'ed in both of his at-bats today.

    Gordon is leaning back with that upper cut swing today, that's not his game. Morneau making excuses for not bunting there, seems like he's really digging to find a legitimate answer.

    Larnach hit a Texas leaguer yesterday night on an "excuse me" swing and the next thing you know everyone thinks he should be playing every day. He runs into a few, sure, but the kid gets eaten alive more times than not. So many fans desperately want him to be good, but since last June we just haven't seen much at all from him. Guy should be in St. Paul, time to look at Lewis and Miranda.

    Velasquez throwing up absolute meatballs and has struck out 3 Twins in a row. Unbelievably lethargic offense, just impossible to watch.
