    What annoys me is, as a fan, I'm not paid to know better than to send Adrianza, yet, even I knew better. Usually, I shrug stuff off, but some things I find to be inexcusable and sending Adrianza with only one out is definitely one of them.

    Let me toss this out there: The FO knew they needed to find some help for the bullpen, but, due to the lack of success of the team in prior years, coupled with a new FO, it was difficult to attract premium arms. As an example, look how the FO put together the starting rotation this year, with Pineda and Perez. The team turned out to be very successful and did a lot more than just take a step forward, it took a leap forward. The FO made a couple of good deals to get what they thought would be good solid additions to the bullpen. So far, Romo looks really good, but, unfortunately, Dyson looks equally bad. This is an atypical team in a very atypical year. It will be interesting to see how things play out. It's been a fun season and a wild ride, none of which was expected, by anyone, this year.

    Disappointing series. Didn't expect the clunker from Berrios but Perez didn't really surprise me. Perez has really lost his mojo since the first of the year.

    The problem is that Cave needs to bring his "A" defense because his bat is MIA. Adrianza has shown some ability with the bat this year and his glove work has been extremely good. Same with Castro.

    I'm hoping May just took a big step forward last night. If he did, the Twins bullpen just got a lot better.

    I will wait and see what happens. as I'm not privy to any ongoing discussions within the Twins organization. I'm quite sure the FO wants to improve the pitching staff, but, what they have to offer may not fit a need for teams that are selling and teams that are selling may want far more than the FO is willing to give up. I would like the FO to make a move, but, I also know sometimes not making a move is the hardest thing to do.

    What I get for being to lazy to read through other comments. I don't think one can afford to give up Buxton for Syndergaard. Yes, Syndergaard is a game changer..every fifth day. Buxton is a game changer every time he plays. On top of that, I think disrupting the outfield core at this point in time is a bad idea.

    I'm not sure if it's been mentioned, but I think the ask from the Mets is ridiculous to the point I'd be wondering if it's really worth dealing with them. I think it would be pretty close to, "Nice chatting with you and good luck with your future endeavors" and then move on.
