    Berrios with an extra day of rest. Jim Kaat stated an extra day was worse than one day less of rest so we shall see. There's nothing on ice yet.

    I got to the golf course with May pitching and second and third occupied. Listened as he struck out the next batter and went and played 9 holes. Glad I did, but happy we pulled it out. We just can't seem to put teams away when we have the chances lately.

    From all the watching I did at spring training I'd have to say the next guy called up would be Larnach. He was one who could catch your eye if you knew nothing. He carries himself in a confident way and has power. He will be moving up a notch shortly.

    I just don't get all the trade talk. Wake up folks, we're doing pretty good! I don't see where we need new blood at any position, and no matter who Baldelli puts out there we keep winning. Everyone has helped win games this year and they are having a blast. Don't upset the apple cart. I'm having a blast watching this team. I've been a fan since '61 and rarely seen anything like this.
