    Balazovic verse Bundy getting major league starts. I know who I would choose. But Bundy might get one more win that Balazovic....and the front office needs to be a 500 team this year......

    the video's don't work from Iphone's either. Bottown line....I am guessing no one has seen any of the videoa for months and months! I am not complaining....just that someone is putting in a lot of effort....for nothing!

    Hopefully his numbers this year are as eye-popping as Canterino and Winder last year. He needs to make that jump to stay in the conversation as a top prospect.

    Hey Brock....addblocker is not the issue. I am guessing whatever the glitch is....it is the reason there are never any comments on the videos....because no one even goes to view them anymore.....

    Shoot....add blocker is still not the reason...video's don't even populate. Again....I am guessing this is why no one is commenting....becuse no one can view them.

    The main point is that a 4.50 ERA needs to be from our 4th or 5th starter to have a shot at a 500 season. NOT our #1 or #2 starters. Why pay money for a 4.50 ERA. I would rather "waste" the innings on a cheap, prospect who can develop into MORE than a 4.50 ERA!

    The Twins will pick up the option for 14M next year. A lot of strike out....yep. 30 home runs.....all teams will pay 14M for that.

    It will be 4 years since that solid 2018 season. That is a long time .....I don't care what bad breaks a guy has gotten. He is only 23 years old (soon,) so this year will let us know if he is back to being a top prospect.......or a Nick Gordon type of contributor.

    I have high hopes for Ryan and the speed of the fastball isn't necessarily everything. I think the problem right now is that we would like him to be: "Ryan looks like the team's number three starter." Unfortunately, he is probably our #1 starter right now......

    Agree with Baul.......we could have spent money to get a guy like Montas in free agency.....and we didn't. Now we want to give up real prospects (but lesser money) to get a guy like Montas? That doesn't make sense for a team building for the future. Montas might make sense for a team who just wants to get to 500 this up coming season. I guess it depends on what you are looking to accomplish. Getting to a 500 record and saving your job might make sense for the front office.....but I would guess it doesn make sense for the group that is reading this right now.

    "with a mid 4s ERA as he did in 2021 would slot in just fine" Slot in just fine? We have 3-4 "top pitching prospects" who could come close to doing mid 4's TODAY........why pay big money for mediocrity .......when we can have our own, home grown, medioc..........

    Can't believe I am saying this......but even I would choose Gordon over these two. (and I am the one who said "if Gordon gets substantial innings in 2022, the Twins will be a below 500 team.....")

Being reckless with their arms would show up at Rice with the player actually getting injured......not 1-3 years later.....

    I watched the video. Not sure where Law gets the head violence comment: "Keith Law of the The Athletic describes Petty as having "a high-effort delivery with some head violence....." Obviously, Law has established himself enough for us to at least consider what he is talking about. I sure hope he is wrong!
