  1. Sanchez? Ugghh! More burned-out bullpen innings incoming. Need the offense to average about 6 runs a game for the balance of the season to stay in the hunt.
  2. Let's hope the Brewer forum has plenty of "You're killin' me, Small!" takes tonight.
  3. Polanco, including his 100th career homer. He usually crushes the second half.
  4. In my neighbor's garage, where I tend to watch a lot of games, Thielbar's nickname is "Northfield". I'd love to see Petricka get called up just for the novelty of it, and if he produces, that's a bonus.
  5. Buzz Lightyear ascends to the top. Woody gets kicked to the corner. The saviors have been anointed again. Meanwhile, Cavaco and Sabato have taken the spear and are being drained on the cross (not worried about them rising again ?). Rinse and repeat in 2023.
  6. I liked the uniforms as well. Of course, unless I'm missing something, the Twins are one of the teams that DON'T have that jersey available in the MLB Shop.
  7. Buxton hits the go ahead home run, and the Yankees guy gets the MVP. Keep rising, sea levels, so we can get rid of that team.
  8. At the risk of sounding uninformed .... Let's say Porter slips to the 4th round or later for that matter, since he's likely told teams that he's going to school. Could the Twins draft him knowing that he won't sign and then just use that slot money on Lee/Prielipp? Or, if they can't sign a player do they lose that slot money?
  9. Take the risk on Pallette, if he's there? Could end up like getting Seager and Buehler in one day.
  10. Wow, Chris Williams is smoking hot right now. We all know the Twins need depth at catcher, so I hope he can keep producing.
  11. LaRussa was pretty upset that a ball was called a ball.
  12. Kepler is alright there. He probably shouldn't be lower than fifth. He's up near the top of the team as far as getting on base. I just wish they would use the same lineup vs. right and left starters for a couple weeks and leave the catchers in the nine-hole during that time. Give the lineups a chance to get on a roll.
  13. In Rocco's mind, "Emilio Pagan" and "best chance" we're in the same sentence. That's all I needed to know.
  14. I guess this is as good a time as any for Joe Smith's rehab appearance.
