  1. Everybody is a potential trade situation if the deal is right.
  2. Time to see what our own system prospects have.We don't need a regular DH, as we can rotate players in and out.
  3. How about the 20 second pitch clock to speed up play? Also, don't let hitters go out of the box so routinely.
  4. I believe the Twins will part ways with Eddie as they do not want to pay him what it would take to keep him, when they have a number of young studs waiting for an opportunity.
  5. In regards to Littell I wonder if no one claimed him off of waivers due to an injury that the public is not aware of. Seems strange to me.
  6. I remember one Sunday morning listening to Ron being interviewed on CCO and taking calls from the fans. He got a cal from " Little Luther from North Minneapolis" after a question from "Little Luther" and a few seconds Ron bellowed out," Torii" as he had figured out that Torii Hunter had spoofed him.
  7. With Eddie now slightly? injured, it would seem a good time to put him on the IL and see what Mr. Kiriloff or Larnach can do.
  8. If we can get someone at a position that we need, then I say, "Eddie, thank you for your service." If Kiriloff or Larnarch are good fielders then put em in left field.
  9. Thank you for reminding me of all of the injuries we have incurred. I forget sometimes that we are not playing with our A line up. Silly me.
  10. If Lynn wants to come here, and if we can work out a reasonable deal for him, then I say that we should do it. I doubt however that this will be the case.
  11. Of the options discussed in the article, I like the SF player first, and Howie K next. Louis A could play 3rd base if need be. Have the Twins given up on having Sano play some 3rd base in a pinch? If he did that then Rooker could play 1st base, getting another right handed bat in the lineup. Rooker could also play the outfield.
  12. I look at the chart of the relief pitchers and wonder how long they will keep Louie Thorp around?
  13. I like Dobnak. However he is a pitch to contact guy and when he faces a loaded lineup, like the Yankees, his luck will likely run out.
  14. I think it will be Rooker first. I don't think the Twins view him as a long term option for this team. They can see what he's got and so can other MLB teams. He could then be traded and the Twins won't have to use up any service time for Larnach and Kiriloff. We know how the Twins like to hang on to that service time.
