  1. Its wild that Sands is trotted back out there after we cut the lead in half.
  2. I guess I can get on board if he's just trolling but it comes off so so negative that it's hard to listen to. I've been a twins fan for 30 years, I know they haven't had much success so I'd rather listen to people with some optimism. It's more fun even if the twins are bad. I can be realistic but still happy.
  3. He pops up on Rand's Daily Delivery podcast all the time and all he has to say are negative old guy things. It doesn't even sound like he likes the sport of baseball anymore. I used to like listening to him but his negativity stinks. Are we actually that angry of a fan base that he's just pandering to the lowest common denominator?
  4. Now you've got two guys on base in what is already a blow out. That pitcher sure showed us. Kep is a boss.
  5. Cave shouldn't even feel bad. These grown athletes act like school kids. You play to win the game. Cave is a fringe player and needs all the stat boosts he can get in order to secure a larger pay day. Cave is just practicing capitalism.
  6. Adding a 26th roster spot seems directly at odds with forcing pitchers to face 3 batters.
  7. WTF is up with this broadcast and not showing the twins first batter!
  8. If he pulls him, Molly is wrong. If he keeps him in, Molly is wrong. This guys bullpen management is so freaking snakebit.
  9. He's claiming he's innocent... ignorant*, but he didn't assault a chick. Which denials am I supposed to belive again??
  10. If it ain't Berrios, I like your reasoning and it could be a really fun kind of wild card cup of tea moment for Romero. Though, If he's not called up for the rest of the year, you've just thrown away his first option season. We started Polanco clock a couple years ago just to have him sit on the bench, which is why we got to watch him hit .190 through July. It would be fun and I would cheer real hard for Romero though.
  11. Gotta love that casual ageism and racism. "That young brown kid better not bring his trash music to MN" Joe Mauers age and stupid walk up rap really helps him lead the clubhouse.
  12. He's got the sweetest swing on the block. It's just cause he's 6'5 and has no power that he gets dicked on.
  13. I like the move though the guy still needs to prove he's not dumb as rocks.
  14. Is this one of those things where good managing goes unnoticed, but bad managing sticks out like a sore thumb. It's easy to point at one game and throw Molly under the bus, but I'm rarely thinking, 'wow, what a great move'in any of his games. How much credit can we give to Molitor for our young players development? Is he pushing the right buttons or is it just our young guys figuring it out? If you can credit Molly for any of the turn around it would be tough to fire him.
  15. If you don't hold him accountable he's going to keep writing the same crap. It's more attention than he deserves but it's worth it to our media outlets honest. I'd bet that about 30% of people still support Souhan despite clear evidence of his knee jerk, inflammatory writing.
  16. Stats, as in page views? Like as readers we show who we support by who we click? To that, I would say, I just want the scoop, I don't care who broke it. So if I'm reading Gleeman, I'm not thinking he's got a new hot take, I just want to know what's going on. I don't give him credit for breaking the news, I give him credit for writing well and being entertaining. There are many blogs all writing the same news. Or did I just misinterpret what you meant?
  17. The only* people who care about who broke the story are the authors themselves.
