    You mean like a stand up routine? Joking aside, it's still early. It may not be promising at the moment, but they can still turn things around. Especially as the minors have hit the ground running, so any promotions will likely carry do their best to carry that momentum. One of those "nowhere to go but up" situations. I ain't lost the faith...

    Good reading whatever ya call it. To play off lookouts, i'd suggest outlook? Though i suppose that suggests a wider view than single game summaries. Chatter is good.

    So of Brian's different options as home openers, which best characterized this game? (if someone actually cares, go ahead and set up a poll) My initial reaction to "blue ice" was the eyes of the others in the song of fire and ice, but having not read them in several years, and not following much of the hbo series, i can't really comment usefully there on. But does anyone have dragons we can bring to tomorrow's game? No? Just a thought... Thanks to all who sweated it out.

    Morales with another hit? Bounced it off Arcia's glove. (and sorry i'm so slow with the previous description)

    Someone might have been paying closer attention than i, but... Runners on first and second, one out. Bouncer up the middle, second base side. Dozier dives and gloves it, flips directly from glove to second. Santana catches it barehanded as he comes off the bag, (throw drawing him off, but it was very close and could possibly have been overturned) and throws it in the dirt to first. Mauer doesn't catch it cleanly, but pounces on it to keep the runner at third.

    Robinson gets another start in center. He also got the start against Sale, didn't he? But Arcia is in too... I guess there is not yet an established line up versus left handed pitchers yet? Anyway, i'm looking forward to the game. I hope neither blue ice nor tornado opens target field today! Deer might be kinda cool, though.

    I thought that could be the case too, though the replays they showed weren't the best to judge from. More perplexing, was the intentional walk respecting Suzuki? Or less so to Shafer?
