    How refreshing it was to watch such a clean backend of the game. I hope to see much more of that down the stretch. It's also great to see immediate returns on 3 of the new acquisitions. Hopefully we'll get to see good returns on the fourth in short order.

    The radio crew was talking about this being Ryan's highest IP total. The team can't limit his pitches because they don't have anyone else to throw, so I wonder if this is how they're trying to do it with him. They've at least shown the willingness to allow Ryan to go deeper, unlike the others in the rotation (which would be to your point).
