    Okay, I waited around work for a bit, hoping the draft would start. But no, I am now going to have to wait until I get home. Stupid fashionably late draft.

    Not that hard, rent a bulldozer, start from scratch. This whole "leave the walls standing and work around them" seems like a lot of effort and wasted expense.

    I don't know about not drafting a SS that can pitch. Might be a good idea to have someone to back up Gimenez.

    The inlaid wood music box is incredible. Quite a few years ago when I used to travel about the US quite a bit, I tended to stop in airport gift shops and pick up cheesy souvenirs with the airport name on it and give them away to a friend that collected such things.

    I really like what you've done with the refrigerator. Is that decoupage?

    My wife and I are having wood grain ceramic tile laid throughout the house and a walk-in tile shower installed. As for the cost, well, never mind.

    Same with McKay. Maybe it makes more sense to draft someone who can play two positions well rather than just a pitcher. It would give a lot more bench flexibility too.

    Disagree. All ballparks have their own set of ground rules. I don't see any difference between the NL having their own ground rules (no DH) and the AL having their own ground rules. And I especially like it when the AL beat the NL at their own game.

    Outstanding effort by Mr. Santana. Hopefully, I'll be home in time to watch Berrios. IDPA tomorrow. I've not been for a while and feel the need for shooting holes in cardboard while on the clock.

    Not a shutout but this was pretty unforgettable: May 20, 2005: Carlos Silva threw 74 pitches in the Twins' 7-1 victory over the Brewers.
