    Isn't Hicks like 1 for 12 (or something like that) at AAA? Had a nice hit yesterday (a triple, I think) but he's going to have to show more before they bring him back. Found this: Mike Berardino ‏@MikeBerardino · 19h19 hours ago Aaron Hicks had first hit since starting rehab at @RocRedWings. Bad news: He is 1 for 11 with 5 Ks through 3 games. Also assist at home. The assist at home was apparently a pretty good throw indicating that the arm is okay.

    Depends on the day. Given that I know a lot of people having their 90th birthdays this year, I guess I'm not really old. I just feel it. And, I love following my grandmother's outspoken lead: "I can say anything I want, you know, I'm old".

    I'm pretty sure that no self-respecting chef would handle those grapes as individually or slowly as that hack on the Arby's pecan chicken salad commercial. If I see it one more time, I'm going to barrage Arby's with how stupid their commercial is.

    Or doesn't get stretched out for starting but becomes the Twins best 8th inning set-up man. Meyer then Perk sounds good to me. I hate to waste an opportunity for an elite SP but that may not be Meyer's niche.

    Al Delvecchio .... later to become Cha Chi Arcola's stepfather (and Fonzie's uncle by marriage). I cannot believe I watched this stuff in College. If I remember right it was Tuesday night fare before bar crawling. (Tuesdays were always a big bar night - no labs or classes on Wednesday a.m. for anybody)

    Repeat to ourselves: Neil Allen, Neil Allen, Neil Allen The other day I referred to Rick Allen in a game thread. I really meant Rick Anderson. As far as I know, Chad Allen is still the hitting coach in Chattanooga.

    They'll black out the ESPN2 here. That's what they always do. If its on FSN, you pretty much have to watch FSN but it is also suppposed to be on CSNCH -- which is Hawk, I suppose.
