    What worries me about Donaldson is he flinches at every breaking ball - he seems to be scared of it hitting him or isn't picking it up. He either swings and misses badly or pops it up, right?

    I'd prefer the Twins as a #3 or #7 seed After tonight with LAA losing, 1 seed is TB, 5 seed is NYY (loses tiebreaker to all 3 AL Central), 6 seed is HOU and the 8 seed is TOR My Twins seeding preference: 3 seed (3rd best division winner) would play the 6 seed HOU – I definitely like our chances here 7 seed (3rd place in the AL Central) would play the 2 seed, probably OAK – pretty even, but winnable better than 2 seed would play the 7 seed, probably the ChiSox – slumping but still not preferred 4 seed (2nd place in the AL Central) would play the 5 seed NYY – WORST CASE!

    CLE with another walk-off win against ChiSox, Twins in 1st and up 6-0. Will be in sole possession in 3 innings.

    I've been saying all roads do Not lead to NYY, at least not in round 1. Twins win with Maeda tonight and take at least 2 of 3 vs. CIN and end up 37-23. ChiSox lose vs. Bieber tomorrow and against both Darvish/Lester and (maybe anybody vs. Lopez) then end up 36-24 at best. Prove me wrong. Worst case we'll still get home field vs. NYY and I can't see us losing 2 of 3 at home against them this year. We haven't lost 2 games in any series this year.

    Doesn't even need to carry, but if he can be 75% of last year, then him, Sano, Rosario, Buxton, Donaldson and Cruz can carry us together.

    I don't see Bieber losing as this would clinch the Cy Young for him. And Maeda should be pumped in his last start.

    Past history means nothing especially with the awesome season he’s had. And he’s now the ace.

    Why did we send out Rogers against all those right handed hitters in the 10th with the man on 2nd base? Alcala and Wisler were right handed pitchers available.
