  1. This is the closest blueprint I've seen to my own. I'm definitely going to steal the Signing Gordon thing, as we will probably need that defensive help once Eddie is gone.Good article!
  2. Why Romo? He's fine- even that game he "blew the save" against Cleveland recently, it was more because Wade made a total meal out of a really bloop hit. And I just can't see him ever getting completely lit up.
  3. I hope you're right. It would be fun to kind of put this whole thing to bed this weekend. No matter what happened leading up to this, it was going to be a big one, but you'd have to say the way things have shaped up since we last saw Cleveland (or at least since the series after) have been about best-case scenario for the Twins. Going to hope our 'pen can keep up their recent run, too. And let's start hitting #Bombas again!
  4. Arraez would be a good leadoff, but why mess with a good thing with Kepler? There's no reason to so significantly reduce his amount of at-bats by dropping him to fourth, when he is easily one of the top two hitters on the team (possibly the best). Cleanup no longer has to be some big bopper that hits it a mile, so with Arraez hitting there, it'd still just be about keeping the line moving.
  5. I love Kepler batting leadoff, and against righties I don't think there's a better option. So that probably means Polanco (picking it back up lately) second, followed by Cruz and then Arraez. Sano can still be trusted at five, but honestly how can you even put Rosario ahead of Cave in the lineup at this point? Simple seniority rules, I guess? Whenever Buxton's ready to come back, it's going to be hard to fit Eddie in there regularly unless he does change something about his approach- especially with runners on.
