    I have believed for years that the Twins failure in the playoffs was mainly because of lack of dominant pitching. What’s actually surprising is how many times they made the playoffs over the years. But every time they do they are immediately exposed. It finally showed itself in a full season

    MLB is overplaying their hand I think. There is plenty of baseball to watch, we don’t need MLB they need us. They are going to lose fans again, they’ll never learn.

    It’s a common mistake for contractors negotiating with trade unions ( electrical union in my experience) We have binding arbitration instead of strikes( a great idea, strikes help no one) . In my 30+ years in the electrical union in Vegas labor hasn’t lost a wage dispute at arbitration because the contractors crying about money usually exposes their greed.

    I miss MLB. But I won’t miss 7 inning games, runner on second extra inning games, or any of the other “improvements” they have implemented in the game. No baseball this year? No problem!

    This is totally untrue, Buxton will easily outrun the asteroid and it won’t even be close.

    I don’t believe the Twins were standing up for what they thought was right today. I believe it was a safety issue 100%. If they cancelled games every time there was an injustice in the world, games would never be played.We, the posters on this site, are the ones who are trying to politicize it.
