I don't disagree, any one team can see value in any particular player and all it takes sometimes is to have the one team interested. That's how they were signed to a roster in the first place. And nothing says that you can't seek out trades for those players. Desperation is a thing. I'm just looking at the notion that a player has no value to the Twins, so we should expect other teams to pony up worthwhile trade chips in return. Of the players listed, I believe that Sano was the only player under contract for more than this year. So, dealing them doesn't really impact anything long term either.
Plus, teams that trade for depth are contending teams, which significantly reduces your trade partners. Rebuilding or middle of the road teams aren't going to trade for any of those guys aside from maybe Sano. He's the only impact player in that list.
