    Any thoughts on Amazon? Lots of news coming out lately about different projects like their new grocery store concept. Echo and dot commercials seem to be on all of the time as well. Might be overvalued with that high PE but is there any doubt Amazon is the company of the future?

    A.J. has signed back with the Braves. Was he thinking about joining the Twins then when the trade happened he went back to Atlanta? or was the timing a coincidence?

    I'm not understanding all the hate. Murphy bats .277 and people are saying that he is at best a "role player" backup guy. But Mauer bats .265 and everyone is calling for him to go back behind the dish to be our starting catcher? Not trying to start another Mauer debate but Murphy seems like a very solid option here. What am I missing?

    I (kinda) like the move. This could be a very solid platoon, hopefully with a big emphasis on Murphy. Kurt Suzuki Vs. L .257 Vs. R.232 JR Murphy Vs. L .266 Vs. R .289 While looking at Murphy's other splits he batted .308 in the second half... so I'm pretty optimistic. I certainly think the Twins could have done worse for help behind the plate.

    I've heard the Angels didn't give Freese a QO because they want to sign him long term. They felt that offering a QO would make him bitter about the potential impact the draft pick would have on his market. Not sure if I completely understand the logic but that's what I've heard.
