    Solid AAA roster. They may not get into the postseason but who cares? There is a lot of depth here the Twins can use in spot situations. - Except for catcher and 3B.

    All eyes on Miranda. If he struggles 3B depth is very weak. Hopefully Sano can stay healthy and at third for a year or 2.

    What the hell is this? Granite was a later round toolsy pick who overcame the odds and played 40 big leauge games for a team that made the playoffs. He got traded for significant international cash. Good for him and hope he gets a chance to play.

    Id like to see him play a few games at 1B this year. His bat will force him in the lineup at some point it would be nice if he gets some positional flexibility

    Baddoo's jump in K's was suprising. Does any site keep swinging strikes vs looking strikes on batters? Id be interested to know if he is watching strikes cross the zone.

    Wish they would've waited a year or two before they started the Mauer marketing. It feels forced. We haven't even had a chance to miss his greatness.

    Exactly my point. You need a "bit" so you wrote it. But its silly to suggest that a top 10 23 year old AAA SS prospect has less value then a waiver wire Pickup.

    I stopped reading when I saw you have Cron as more valuable than Gordon. I get it. Its a long offseason and you are struggling for content. But you might want to think it through a bit.

    Wells could make the team next year But his spike in BB's once he got in AA should be a caution flag.

    Looking through the list: Twins are finally building some depth at catcher. Hope Jeffers can stick there. 3B remains this systems biggest weakness - especially since Blankenhorn isn't likley to stick. Miranda, Betchold & Baddoo didnt have the breakout seasons i thought they would. Charles Mack got paid way over slot but he didnt get going. I thought he had a chance to start out strong. Why isn't Urbina on this list? Id slide him in at 10.

    I always assumed the Rays would have more success if they were out of the AL East. Looks like the Twins are testing that assumption.

    I doubt much more happens with this story and hopefully he can get his head focused on his career. But i am pleased that the Twins were not agressive and didn't buy up his first few years of free agency.

    Why is Kluber a comp for Wells? Kluber "came out of nowhere" but thats because he wasnt very good in the Minors. He struck guys out but credit goes to CLE because they kept promoting him despite his less than steller numbers. Wells is forcing people to take notice through his MiLB dominance. I expected him to struggle at AA and it looks like I was wrong. If he starts out hot and keeps the walks down he could find his way on the Twins roster.

    Its unfortunate Montero couldn't get more innings. Was he injured? I am not in love with college arms like Cha getting so many GCL innings.

    People said similar things when Oakland was getting all the good OB% guys. Time will tell. Baseball is a long season. Its hard to be lucky over the course of the season. And its really hard to be lucky 2 years in a row. In a few years openers might have their own opening music and be just as overhyped as closers.

    ? Pressly was pretty good with the Twins this year. I think Houston is just using him less. Molly rode him hard in June.
