About Me

-Father of of 2 boys, come October 29th'ish

-A High School Varsity head coach, and a son of a coach/teacher

-Finishing teaching degree in spring '16 (hopefully)

-Have worked several types of labor jobs since my teen years to now, but have also done time in the service industry, healthcare industry.

-Have been the boyfriend that made the next guy look amazing, for several girls in the past...but hoping that this time I am the guy that looks good compared to the others. Being baby-daddy has to work in my favor I am banking on.

-Was a decent, but not great baseball player in my youth, but switched to track by the urging of my football coach. I regret this to this day, as I now love baseball more than any of the other major sports.

-Was a state champion and college athlete

-I am self-depricating, sarcastic, social, thick skinned, forgive easily, make many mistakes, am prone to back sliding in certain areas from time to time, keep an unbalanced diet, wish I worked out the way I used to, and other stuff that no one cares about but my mom.

----Make posts that are my opinion, and rarely read them before posting, which often leads to unintended understanding of them. I also feel that I post more often on the (perceived) doom and gloom or criticism side of sports, since, I my opinion, are the things that are more interesting and honest to read. The fluff pieces are often assumed and obvious, and things that we all agree on, and know. But, pointing out what we need to fix or work on usually leads to more entertaining and intriguing debates. It is better to be a realistic and critical homer fan, than just a plain overly optimistic fan. They don't have to be mutually exclusive either. One can post critically, yet be a huge fan of the team and be optimist overall. Just saying, people are usually way too defensive of posters being critical on here, especially in the glaringly obvious areas.
