I believe (most of the players) are more in need of a foot in the ass than a shoulder to cry on. That foot could swing in the neighborhood of some of the coaches and management also. There's far too much "how do you feel about that?" for guys getting paid as much as they are, and not enough "Cowboy up Nancy boy". -
