  1. Wow, the knives are out. I know it’s frustrating that the lineup is underperforming, but having Rosario, Gonzalez and Adrianza here wasn’t going to solve this problem. You going to sit Polanco and Arraez for Gonzo and Adrianza? That wasn’t happening. I do believe that it’s time to ride Kiriloff in LF and see what he can do. The biggest player I think we are missing is Trevor May. He was a big cog in that bullpen who was not replaced. I didn’t like the Colome signing and so far he has done nothing for me to allay my fears about that. I have to believe that the lineup will turn around, however, the bullpen seems worrying to me. We finally are getting glimpses of the stars that Berrios and Buxton can become, hopefully we can get this back on track
  2. Bloom has no credibility left after this, tough spot for a GM. Plus he was dealing with former colleague in Friedman, just looks bad
  3. Good first move. I’d like to see another starter and two more relievers. I’d guess Perez could be a lefty in the pen the . Pretty interesting trade, I’m guessing that Balazovic may need to be moved, so this gets another high end arm to replace him at that level.
  4. Seems like Rice was careful with his outings based on the stats above
  5. Hoping Rutledge gets to them, but I doubt it. I’m guessing Langeliers. As Tom opined, I’m guessing Rortvedt May be dealt
  6. Stroman and Smith would be my favorites to target. It’s always difficult the 1st year back from TJ as you can see with Pineda. Smith slots in nicely for Mejia
  7. Well the FO look like geniuses now and I was completely wrong. With Kluber’s unfortunate injury, we now have to be the favorites to win the division. I know I’m looking ahead, but if we can get ahead in the standings by some distance, Cleveland may throw up the white flag and continue to trade people. Now that we’ve finished with the Astros, our next kryptonite, the somewhat depleted Bronx Bombers
  8. For a franchise who are notorious slow starters, hope reigns eternal. Really really like Cruz in this lineup
  9. My in person observations: 1. That was the most dominant performance I can remember since Ervin toying with the White Sox on a 1 hitter a couple of years ago. 2. Schoop is a monster of a man for a 2B. His fly to the wall may have been a homer in warmer weather 3. Buxton seems different, like he’s got a chip on his shoulder. The fans are really pulling for him to be our next superstar. It was electric in the stadium when he crushed that double. 4. LOved Rocco leaving Rogers in with all the lefties lined up by the Indians 5. After seeing Cleveland’s lineup, even with Lindor and Kipnis, is not that impressive. That OF is putrid
  10. These deal very Clevelandesque. I like these deals and hope to do same with Rosario and Berrios. I doubt Berrios will partake though
