  1. The o/u on Ventura's strikeouts was 5.5. Easiest $3 I've ever made.
  2. You guys might stink, but I think I actually smell pretty good today.
  3. With his pitch count creeping up there, Ventura might not make it very deep into this game. I wonder if Kansas City's bullpen is any good....
  4. Plouffe has really developed into one of the most mediocre players in the game today.
  5. Buxton put a charge into that one. Just a great play by Gordon.
  6. This should be Santana's last start of the season. I don't care how much money they gave him, he needs to be sent to the back of the bullpen.
  7. Man, I'm glad Santana is only signed for 4 years instead of 5. Because that could've been bad.
  8. I think Terry Ryan should continue to wait as long as possible to upgrade the pen. I mean, it's not like these games matter.
  9. Why even have replay if they can't reverse an obviously wrong call? I might've been watching a different replay then, because it looked pretty clear that the tag was applies before the runner touched home plate. Oh well.
  10. Why even have replay if they can't reverse an obviously wrong call?
  11. I actually like the idea of having Schafer and Robinson both start every once in a while. It's not like Arcia is hitting, so why not at least have a little defense out there?
  12. I'll be sitting in the right-center field power alley. I think Arcia can hit it that far, but he had to make contact first. I'll talk to him before the game.

  14. I've always wondered the same thing. I live in Seattle, so I try to go to make it to Safeco whenever the Twins are in town, and it seems like they lose nearly every game I go to. It could just be that the Twins don't do well on the West Coast, period. But you're right, they should still have a better record against some pretty miserable Mariners teams in recent years.
