  1. I hope we don't package away some of our young talent for, past their prime players or pitchers, during this coming off season. If we don't commit to a top of the line starter and a mid-reliever we're sunk, If present management stays, the mid relievers are even more of a premium.
  2. This Cleveland fan won't let this homer ball go easy. Be interesting to know what is being offered.
  3. I doubt rocco noticed. He's too busy playing soduko on his laptop.
  4. Does anyone think correia will be back next year. I think this last month has soured him on a return.
  5. It's a shame that at such a crucial time of the season, we have to depend on such young and inexperienced players. I know that it's part of the game, but it would be nice to have a little more consistent and talented team. This is especially true, when you have such an inept manager.

  7. Bigfork, Minnesota?  I was a Bigfork High graduate in 1975.  I lived there from 1972 - 1975.  Let me know if this was during your time there, if indeed you lived in Bigfork.

I graduated from St. Louis Park in 1974 and moved up here in 2015 so not a long-time resident.  I do wear my Twins hats proudly in town though and make sure all know how much I love the Twins.  Tough to come up with a handle and this was the best that I could do.

  8. I've been saying it all season long. The Twins use the IL to try and manage their roster moves. Unfortunately, they can't do that right, IMO. A little more transparency on the part of FO and field management may make things a little more tolerable.
  9. Reading one article, the Friday night loss was mostly pinned on the bullpen. One sentence committed to Nick Gordon's fielding error. Yeas the bullpen coughed up some big hits, but Gordon's errant throw opened the door and set the stage for the Guardians comeback. It was a blatant error, in that it was even close. He had the time and opportunity, but choked. He didn't even have to stick around til the end, as he took a foul ball (or a boo-boo) off his foot.
  10. I'm watching the Cleveland feed for this game. I thought Bremer and Company were hard to swallow. I gotta believe Cleveland's announcers wear cheerleading uniforms in the booth.
  11. The Royals have shot at scoring more than the Chiefs tonite. Chiefs, 7 pts. Royals, 2 pts.
  12. The only way Jax is a weapon is if you slide him down the barrel of a gun.
  13. An upper decker sniper shot him in the hamstring with a rubber bullet.
  14. How many more times are the cameras going to show Ryan, moping on the dugout rail?
  15. I'm not saying rocco's decision to pull ryan is right or wrong. But let's listen to his post game conference and see if he makes sense. Put your egos aside, and remember you're not managing this team. Be honest and see if your opinion changes or gets modified. But you have to be honest and think it out.
  16. So, from a guy like me, who detests Rocco, Rocco decided to make the wrong decision? come on!
  17. He can't do one thing right, much less two. Multi-tasking is not even close to being in his wheelhouse.
