MLB has been working to make changes to the culture of the game to entice a new generation of fans. In that same vein, they have also added a new sponsor: Charlotte's Web, a CBD company. 

When it comes to the Twins, I have always been okay with moral victories. Maybe that’s because in my lifetime I have seen my team win two World Series Championships. Maybe it’s because the last time I remember the rush of a winning season I was 11. Sure, there have been postseason wins since 1991, but there have been losing seasons as well. Losing seasons that really don’t make a lot of sense because we had the team to achieve greatness, and the players that could make things happen.

Trucker horns heralded two Twins performers in the All-Star Game, as well as the official start of trade season in the Twins Daily forums.

The Minnesota Twins’ bullpen has been struggling all season. The Twins need pitching now to make it to win the division and reach the postseason. With that said, maybe the best way for the Twins to capitalize is to bring Kyle Gibson home.

Thursday night, we watched as the Twins imploded late in the game against the Yankees. The depleted pitching staff struggled to keep the Yankees off the board and ultimately cost the Twins a win. The offense is on a trajectory for postseason action, but the pitching rotation and bullpen aren't even close. With the trade deadline coming in just under two months, the Twins need to capitalize on trades for available starting and back-end bullpen help.

Josh Winder is a solid pitcher. His talent and discipline make him a predator on the mound, taking down his opponents and making it look easy. He has been preparing for being a starter since he was a young travel ball pitcher. With the news that Chris Paddack is out for the remainder of the season, Winder may just be the pitcher for the job.

The Twins seven-game winning streak came to an end in Tampa Bay on Friday night as Dylan Bundy gave up six runs in the first inning and the offense just couldn’t seem to battle back. Chris Archer made his return to Tropicana Field as a Minnesota Twin. Archer, the bullpen, and the lineup all came to play and started a new winning streak. 

Whether you prefer the Beach Boys or the Funky Bunch, worst-to-first means the vibrations are good for both the Twins and the TD forums.
