Did the Twins Find Value in Bundy and Archer?

Bundy has 6 bad starts where he went less than 5 innings. He has almost twice as many good starts as bad. He has zero good starts where he went less than 5......He has 7 where he went 5.1 or more innings.

Dude has  2 quality starts this season so I don’t understand where you are coming from.  
 

Value is getting something for below what it should cost.  The Twins paid Bundy a whole lot more than his production has been worth.

My original opinion was saying they could have gotten value possibly if used differently.
