calling up ANYONE from the minor leagues would be preferable to continually running Joe smith out there. God bless him I don’t want to see the man lose his job but if you’re going to pretend to be a competitive team you have to try something else. Even if you fail

But who's left in the minors who is pitching okay, on the 40-man, and isn't injured? Strotman? (I'm actually asking, because I haven't checked lately)

It felt like the time I was a kid and swipped a baseball card at a flea market. It just never felt like I deserved that card.

Whelp, tie game. I feel less dirty.

Normalcy, whether you like it or not, has returned via the Twins bullpen.

Gotta make the leap.  Smith is a known try the unknown.

I’d give Witchita’s guy a roll too.

I mean at some point you have to try right? Now like we’re in last place limping through the last couple months.

Joe has made over $50 mill so he'll be ok if he gets cut.

lol ... that never got a warning from me ... what tended to get warnings were 'work arounds' from the censors, so the word was very legible ... just let the censors censor things out ... or use all those things over the number keys :)

?

Or there's this one ...

Well, how about that ... Arraez came in to bat for Sano when the pitcher changed ... not like anyone suggested that might happen ... ;)

It's so strange that they would pinch hit a guy batting .089 to put in guy batting .340. Bizarre..maybe looking at statistics charts or just gut feeling. See how it pans out Cotton.

It’s kind of amazing how efficiently bad Bundy is.

”Yeah, they’ll be bad innings, but I’ll give you seven of them.”

The longball has been his kryptonite for his whole career.  When he keeps it in the ballpark he is a pretty decent pitcher, but the HRs just kill him
