I believe the game you are referencing had a number of hits and walks allowed by last year’s version of Pagán (Columé) but was culminated by consecutive errors by Arraez and the second baseman whose name escapes me (perhaps Blankenhorn).

Man oh man, you cannot send Royce Lewis down when Correa gets back. He's just too damn good. I actually like Gio Urshela, but if I'm managing this team I gotta read the ten-foot writing on the wall. Lewis stays, Urshela sits.

To determine "earned" or "unearned," reconstruct the inning without the error(s).

In this case, the inning would have been over prior to any runs scoring. All runs unearned. Had the error check with 1 or 0 outs, then one run would have been earned.
