It's only 3 games, and the Twins are really beat up, but feels like each game has been over before it even started. Just completely out classed in every single facet of the game, including base running, which everyone seems to think is overrated for some reason.

Lately, it's felt like baserunning is really only useful against a particular pitcher and/or catcher who aren't good at controlling the run game. Outside of those situations, it seems too risky, especially for the Twins who already make a lot of outs on the basepaths without trying to steal.

Dodgers and Astros series (so far) have confirmed that Twins are not competitive with top teams----yet.

Twins hitters 3 for 21 with RISP in this series.  Not going to get it done against anybody.....

Rookies have shown why they are still in AAA and some probably should still be in AA.

At that the vets are being far from good examples on how to do it.

Let's see, Detroit lost 3 of their games to Houston 3-2, Minnesota 5-0, 11-4, 5-0; Five to zip, hmm, that is score Detroit beat the Yankees with.

As good as it looked , The Twins will be fortunate to win 81.

Well, this is ugly. I guess running our our AAA best isn't going to cut it against a good team. Who knew? BTW, where is that great pitching depth I keep reading about?

Out AAA best could not beat the Reds.

Boy, this was a-rough. The team seems to reflect the intensity of their manager. Maybe rocco should see if there’s a computer app for playing hard nosed baseball. Cuz whatever this is, ain’t it

I'm not convinced intensity will help when the opposing team is far better than you in both pitching and hitting... I didn't see any difference with the squad with Tingler managing it rather than Rocco.
