A bunch of you have warning points that carried over oddly from the old installation. I was going to wipe them all out with a SQL command but realized that wasn't the best idea in the world because they're tied to other elements in the database.

Yes, it really does.  The system will give you an automatic ban at a certain number of points, so it's best not to have any to start.
