I hope I can quit saying this soon, but once again Sam Deduno proves not only that he belongs but he can be dominant.

He is the best starter on the Twins staff (ok I know thats not saying much)

When i hear the self aggrandizing pundits proclaim, that we are desperate, to have to use the likes of Deduno and Walters...I almost puke and this shows

their complete lack of knowledge.

Walters maybe, but Deduno can be great if the Twins just let him.

Hey Sam, shouldn't you be icing your arm?

I thought Deduno did fantastic tonight, but his ceiling will be as high as his command allows it to be. No one really doubts that his stuff is pretty nasty, but the amount of walks (and hit batsmen) could hurt Deduno. That being said, I am rooting for him. Just seeing his reactions tonight to Hick's and Parmalee's catches is reason to hope he succeeds. He sure loves baseball.

Deduno is fun to watch, if for no other reason that you have no idea where the pitch is going to go.

And neither does Sam.

The Tigers or the Rangers might not want to trot a Sam Deduno out to the mound, but I rather like watching him pitch.

He is fun to watch as a Twins fan......... not so fun if you are watching three of your team's batters getting hit, and a bunch of other almosts. I guess the Brewers refrained from the cowardly retaliation because they feel that he just can't help it.
