The Twins drafted prep starter Chase Petty in the first round last summer, adding a potentially lethal pitcher to the farm system. Petty, 18, has a fastball that reaches triple digits and pairs it with a sharp biting slider. There are certainly risks in drafting an electric high school pitcher, but the reward could be significant.
