I understand the Cincinnati Reds Scouts were present in droves at Kyle Wright's recent game he pitched. Could it be possible they would offer, prior to the formal draft, more Bonus than the Twins might offer?
Kyle Wright, Vanderbilt has been clocked at 97mph on his fastball. His fastball normally ranges between 91-95 mph. Any reading of high 80's probably was a Slider pitch.
