    Thing is of course Pohlad is gonna say that and for these reasons. Ryan pretty much has a lifetime contract. He retired and Smith turned this team into a mess. Ryan cqmr back and he has drafted well despite set back after set back. Only way I see Molitor getting fired is if Pohlad tells Ryan it's either you or him. The Twins just don't fire mid season. And what's it gonna do. This season is already a lost cause. Was 9 games into the season so now just ride it out more or less.

    I actually wouldn't right for somebody hits with power. A prospect yes. But we traded a good defensive catcher who can't hit for another power prospect. Why not? Trade a minor prospect for a major league catcher sure. But I also think Herrmann falls into AAAA

    I'm still just amazed that Arizona pretty much gave us Palka. That is turning out to be one of the better trades in recent memory even if we had to give up a catcher and our catching situation is a mess.

    If we don't call Centeno up soon and option Murphy we should try Dammann out. See if he can hit. Abad should stay where he is. May should be closing. I think I can speak for all of us that were happy to be seeing Park mash and not another Nishioka mess

    I think we should put Meyer in the pen. Now before you attack me listen. For one he was called up as an emergency for long relief. Than got a spot start cause Milone sucks. Let him start in Rochester. But up here he's in a log jam. Next years rotation, Santana, Hughes, Gibson, Berrios, Duffey. That being said that 95 mph fast ball will get faster in the pen. He can be a power arm asset in the pen. Also he is a very erratic and until he can calm down walks and wild pitches why should he be starting
