  1. 4 pitch walk. Might as well swing at the first pitch you see. The fat lady is warming up on the twins season.
  2. Nope, sorry, this was the right move even though it blew up in our faces. I like Trevor May but he's all of a sudden been anointed as the sure stopper. Perkins may be reeling now but I'll still take his total body of work in a tie game at home.
  3. I would say batters are starting to see the ball better off perk
  4. When your best bullpen arm suddenly can't get the job done <<<<<<
  5. Gotta love the hunter bat flip on a fly ball 20 feet in front of the track.
  6. Who thinks we're getting that run in from second...show of hands.
  7. How are posters surprised about what just happened? Two 0-2 hits allowed. A walk. Other teams take advantage. Twins don't anymore.
  8. Garbage bullpen since June. Embarrassing. We'll be 5 out of WC by september
  9. For the better part of two months, the twins have been playing uninspired, boring baseball. They don't hit nearly enough and cannot hold leads of many sizes. It is amazing that they still hold a spot for the wild card. One month of good play does not make a playoff team. I wish they'd go ahead and blow their wild card lead. I feel like they're just delaying the inevitable. I do know that these recent weeks have not been very fun to watch, outside of the homestand before the ASG.
  10. Again too many missed chances early on hurts. The Tigers have our number.
  11. I do not like making negative posts about specific players, but man can we please do something with Boyer? It just hasn't been working for a long time.
  12. Oops, I sneezed and it's the top of the 8th. Solid offensive inning with a starter nearing the end of his rope.
  13. Well, whichever reliever blows it tonight will get the usual blame thrown on them. But once again, the twins have done total squat offensively. It's incredible that the (starting) pitchers continue to perform so well when they have a centimeter of wiggle room.
  14. When it literally takes us three hits to score a run, bunting is probably not wise.
  15. This offense is absolutely brutal to watch. Everyone has had a hand in the misery.
  16. Oof, what an inning. I may have to go do something else for a bit.
  17. Ah, now I see how a player with great speed can change a game. You just have to get on base first! Silly me.
