    IMO, a new mindset surrounding this time is necessary, at a bare bones minimum. The current one is clearly not working.

    Kepler 0 for his last 28 at-bats. That's almost hard to imagine. And yet, we still keep running him out there.

    Just another in a long list of gut-wrenching losses this season. I suspect there will be more before the season ends.

    14 runners left on base. Wow. That's difficult to imagine for most teams, save for the anti-clutch hitting prowess of the Twins. Thought I saw a comment earlier of 0 for 10 with runners in scoring position. If true, then we ended 0 for 16. That's even more difficult to imagine.

    Lost yet another eminently winnable game. UGGHH! Lost count how often that's happened this season.

    I'm guessing the powers that be don't see this as much of a problem because they clearly haven't tried to address it in any practical sense. Pretty sad, if you ask me, because it's so plainly obvious to a decent chunk of the fan base.
