1994 Twins: What Could Have Been
BLT commented on Cody Christie's blog entry in North Dakota Twins Fan
Knoblauch had a real shot at the single season doubles record. He finished with 45, which is on pace for 64.5 (record is 67). I remember Sports Illustrated had an article after the strike about all of the records that might have been broken - they mentioned Craig Biggio and Larry Walker possibly contending for the doubles record - they both had 44 - but made no mention of Knoblauch. Bugs me to this day.
