    This is not the question to be asking when talking about who should be playing OF this year. Gordon is under control through 2028 and each of those three players has 1 year of control left. Of course I am not trading Gordon for any one of them. That being said I think Kepler for sure and maybe the other two give the team a better chance to win this year, and that is the question we should be asking when talking about playing time.

    Pitchers that consistently give 7+ innings are a thing of the past. If my quick search is correct there is currently only one MLB pitcher (Sandy Alcantara) averaging more than 7 innings per start. Yes our starters need to go deeper into games, but the player that you are saying we are "short" just doesn't exist anymore.

    Can you remind me who Atlanta's ACE was in 2021? Or the Royals in 2015? Yes I having an ACE helps but it is far from a necessity.
