    Watched several games at Cedar Rapids. Completely unimpressed with Javier. He's still very raw and undisciplined. He looks like he's several years away from the majors, if he'll ever get there. Was much more impressed with Rijo. His pitches have life and he has some idea on how to use them. I think he could evolve into a nice bullpen arm at the big league level.
