  1. The Reds are my local team. I hope to take in the afternoon game on the 20th.
  2. I did a quick search and the 2 sites I looked at did not list him.
  3. I know he was hurt most of last season but other than that did he have any prior issues? I can't find anything from his time in the minors.
  4. He should not. If he is not producing or is hurt he needs to be replaced or go on IL. Same for Buxton we now have a true replacement CF in Taylor and hiding Buxton at DH is not the answer.
  5. Oh well. Maybe he was able to work with somebody else plus they got ST to work together.
  6. I was disappointed to lose Arraez and didn't want us to bring Correa back but I'm coming around.
  7. Think he had a toe injury, and he was 0 fer 30 or something at one point. It was painful to watch him struggle.
  8. Yes they do and extending him at this time is premature.
  9. At this point probably not and he would just block Ober I assume and that for me is not acceptable.
  10. Had a free weekend of HBO over Thanksgiving so I recorded all 10 episodes to eventually watch. I agree with your observations and actually considered not watching the rest but glad I stuck it out.
  11. Exactly what I was going to post. Also, give Miranda his shot at 3B if that is the actual plan and see what happens.
  12. It was fun watching him last season but I'm glad the Twins didn't commit that much for one player.
  13. Nathan Eovaldi is coming off a 4 year / $68,000,000 contract with the Boston Red Sox, including $68,000,000 guaranteed, and an annual average salary of $17,000,000. What would it take to sign him? Maeda at this point might better suited for the BP. Our starters are :Eovoldi, Gray, Mahle, Ryan, Ober
  14. It's stupid long. Does he even think he wants to play that many more year? Personally, I'd gone for a shorter contract with higher average, maybe 8 years / $35M for $280M.
  15. He might want it, but my answer would be NO way and NO how to that kind of contract.
  16. I doubt either one of Kepler or Kirilloff are tradeable until they are on the field and prove they are healthy. Especially Kirilloff trying to come back from his wrist surgery. Has any athlete actually had this surgery and a successful career afterwards? Kepler needs to earn his position and if Wallner or whomever beats him out in ST so be it.
