According to 1500 ESPN's Phil Mackey, the Twins are considering Rich Harden for their bullpen. The Twins would prefer to use Harden as a starter, but his role remains to be seen after missing the entire 2012 season due to shoulder surgery. "He has done both," GM Terry Ryan said.
