Baseball is in her blood. From a young gal who grew up watching the White Sox with her dad who is a 41-year-season-ticket-holder,  Betsy Helfand got the baseball bug at a young age.

It has been a long, dreary winter full of boredom followed by even more boredom followed by two weeks of the most fun Twins fans had in an offseason since the Butch Huskey signing. And now it’s time to award those posters who make the Twins Daily community so awesome.

When it comes to the Twins, I have always been okay with moral victories. Maybe that’s because in my lifetime I have seen my team win two World Series Championships. Maybe it’s because the last time I remember the rush of a winning season I was 11. Sure, there have been postseason wins since 1991, but there have been losing seasons as well. Losing seasons that really don’t make a lot of sense because we had the team to achieve greatness, and the players that could make things happen.

MLB has been working to make changes to the culture of the game to entice a new generation of fans. In that same vein, they have also added a new sponsor: Charlotte's Web, a CBD company. 

Baseball transcends beyond the field. It speaks a language felt by players and fans alike. It brings people together, sometimes from very different walks of life. Baseball can bring fans together, in a community like Twins Daily. The players  have a special bond, a Baseball Brotherhood, that no one but them will ever understand. For Patrick Mahomes and Latroy Hawkins, baseball gave them a life-long friendship. 

There have been plenty of great players in the history of the Minnesota Twins. From Killebrew to Buxton and many in-between, it is tough to narrow it down to the top twelve players in the history of the Twins. One of the players that I will never forget is Chuck Knoblauch. When I was a kid Chuck Knoblauch had the most significant impact on me as a player and is a core memory I will have forever. He was powerful, charismatic, and dynamic at second base. Chuck Knoblauch is the 11th most outstanding player in Twins history.
