The Other Guys on the Team: I am seriously getting irked and bored with the inflated views that Byron Buxton is the All Universe Player that will propel the Twins up. Oh, let's not forget his batting average is in free fall and though it will absolutely rise, he is not the news or star of the Twins. We field a team of seemingly invisible players. Polanco, Urshela, Arraez, Garlick, Gordon, Ryan etc., etc., etc. These are the guys that are winning the games for the Twins. These are the guys that make paltry salaries compared to our AUP. These are the guys that grind it out almost daily, until Professor Baldelli decides to make his frequent moves. So this is my small little tribute to the real stars of the Twins 2022. The guys that really make this team special. GO TWINS!

While Buxton is the obvious hero, I don't feel enough people are talking about Urshela no-hopping a throw to first while plopped down on his ass.

I've rarely felt strongly about specific draft picks in any sport, even less so about baseball. Too much that we as fans just don't know about these kids to have a real opinion about them.

Gotta admit... I love tonight's #MNTwins lineup with Kirilloff, Larnach, Gordon, Jeffers and Celestino in it!! Granted, it explains why the Twins record is what it is (so many injuries!), but it is fun to watch young guys play.

The Twins have never scored less than ten runs in a regular-season game in which both Alex Kirilloff and Trevor Larnach are in the lineup!

It's amazing so many people cant' except the possibility Berrios was not going to sign without going through the free agency process unless the offer was well above what Berrios and his agent think is market.
