Clutch is a myth, but capacity to buckle under pressure is not. In any case, the only measures (and very poor at that) of such a thing might be blown saves.

 

That "skill" would probably be weeded out as a playet moved up the minors.

The psyche is a strange thing; I imagine there's a few things about big league ballparks that might surpass a certain athlete's threshold of panic.
