There are four major league baseball players in the starting lineup. That says it all about how banged up this team is.

I think all 56 players active for the game tonight are major leaguers right now. It is a tough road to get on to a MLB roster. Think about how many would like to think they could, how many work endlessly in the minor leagues in the hopes of reaching The Show, and then how many actually ever suit up for a major league game. The Twins are weak right now but it is an accomplishment nevertheless to wear the uniform. Besides, I have read numerous comments concerning 2023 that have Palacios as the shortstop until Lewis can heal.

Lots of players injured, makes you wonder if it's really, really, really bad luck or something additional like conditioning/training/coaching etc. Probably all of the above

Maybe Gordon could slot in to SS if needed?

"Major league-caliber, at this point in time", might be a more accurate descriptor.

I don't know about the 28 Angels.  For the Twins I'll go with 4 major league players, and about 24 major league lollygaggers.

Correa collects splinters, and your outrage is over ... him?

I knew Correa would not bat, but Hamilton at least usually hits the ball, not zip, zip, zip.

Jake Cave provided all the runs, but the announcers did not seem to like to have to say that.

Good thing the Twins are over 10 games above Kansas City and Detroit or they would be fight to stay out last  place.

Right now Baldelli is BSing excuses.

They aren’t good enough to beat anyone right now. No one injured is coming back this season now. No point in moral victories now. Just get the season over with.

Sad, pathetically sad to  just abnegate the loyalty of the fans. or as the old saying went "If I do not get my way  I am taking my ball and going home"
