Either Arraez or Correa need to come up with an RBI there.

I can accept a walk from Arraez, although it ultimately did nothing.

But somebody need to step up and knock in that second run.

Arraez wasn’t given any chance to swing at anything there. I’m all with you on your RBI beliefs but what a weird take

Yeah, he took one strike. But I can accept the walk there. As I said. My point was, one of those two need to get a pitch and drive in a run.

We can't score from second on a single to right, but they can score from second on basically an 0-2 meat infield hit.

0-2 meat. over and over and over and over and over.

Their guys probably wouldn’t throw the pitch that magilla gorilla did

So, here's how you train a pitcher to finish ready to field his position. He's got a bucket of balls to pitch, while you've got a bucket of balls standing just in front of the mound. Kid throws a pitch, and just as he finishes his follow through, you roll him a grounder, right between his legs. Keep reminding him to finish with his glove out front and on balance. By the time the buckets are empty, the kid will be reasonably ready to field his position after delivering a pitch.

What a shame Trevor Megill has received no such training from professional pitching coaches. Instead of finishing on balance and ready to field, he finished whirling around like a drunk, totally helpless to stop a medium speed ground ball.

It was borderline strike high and outside, not a pitch I want him swinging at on a 2-0 count.  One of the two need to get a hit, the with the opportunity was Correa and he popped out swinging at a ball.

Not just Megill. 97.8% (I made that up) of the pithers these days,
