Winning a game might NOT excuse all for others. That should be fine too.

What shouldn't need fine is dropping in to a thread YOU WEREN'T EVEN PARTICIPATING IN, not to comment about the win, but to attack other posters.

Some folks might want to consider taking a break and stepping away for a while. Sort of like a 10 day IL stint, in order to come back feeling better.

I’ve done this several times, and found it helpful.

I like to read over the game threads, especially games I am not able to watch.  It wasn't an attack on anyone, just a broad statement based on what I read.

I wasn't talking about you. I was talking about the poster who stopped by after the game. Not to enjoy the win...to comment about other posters.

It's not a requirement to have participated in the game thread during the game in order to post on the thread after the game.

Making a negative general comment about the thread is in bounds. Making a negative comment about a specific individual, for example calling one of his or her posts just stupid, is out of bounds.

And I myself had decided a few days ago to take a break from posting but I didn't have the willpower to carry out the deed. That has changed. I'll see you all in 15 days when I'm committed to writing the game thread opener.

He stopped by to enjoy the win with fellow fans and found none were enjoying the win but crabbing as usual.
