Provus has it as Mah-lee

Gladden as Mal-as-in-Cal-Lee.

Per 'CCO then, at least we can rule out May-lee.

I'd wager Gladden hasn't yet noticed the guy is new, much less asked for pronunciation, so I'm inclined to go with Mah-lee.
