Twins Record: 45-36

Offensive stats:

BA: .253 (6th in MLB) League Avg. .242

OBP: .322 (8th in MLB) League Avg. .312

OPS: .739 (7th in MLB) League Avg. .707

OPS+ 113 (3rd in MLB) 

Age of Batters: 26.9 (Tied for 3rd youngest in MLB) 

Pitching Stats:

ERA: 3.68 (7th in MLB) League Avg. 4.02

FIP: 4.02 (16th in MLB) exactly League Avg  

ERA+ 104 (Tied for 12th in MLB) 

Observations:

The bullpen has done a great job preventing inherited runners from scoring. Only 25 of 101 inherited runners have scored, good for 3rd best in baseball. The late innings are an amplified issue with 18 saves and 14 blown saves. The 56% save percentage is the 4th worst in baseball. We continue to be one of the teams who are least reliable on starters eating innings. 45 out of 81 starts have lasted 80 or less pitches, the most in MLB. 

Let’s see if adjustments are made in the next 81 games!
