I am stuck at the office and the game is not making it to California today anyway, so I will have to "watch" it on cbssportsline.com. If those of you who can watch the game can post as much detail as possible, I will be grateful to you.

Torii just said on Fox that Los Angeles gave him a better homecoming than Minnesota, WTF Twins fans?!

I can't speak for what reception he had in Los Angeles, but I saw how the crowd at Target Field responded to him when he came back here - I was at a couple of those games. He was greeted just fine, all that you could reasonably expect, and more.

That's like re-gifting. Tacky.

Think of it as recycling, which will reduce energy consumption, resulting in less climate change and therefore fewer games postponed due to weather, or something.

First AB looks at 3 straight strikes (fastballs) that appeared to be (from my perspective) right down the middle

Thanks. I am at my office and appreciate all details and commentary. You are my play by play announcers today.

Great AB by Dozier. Gets down 0-2 then works the count full. Put enough of the bat on a curveball to get it into left field

You should consider a career in broadcasting. Thanks for posting this.

I've got radio only. Gladden has been going on and on about the strike zone. For those watching, does it seem abnormally wide?

Yes, it's very generous up and on the corners, especially away. Plouffe gets one ball and the exact same, next pitch rings him up. Tough.

Definitely has at times, although I don't really see one team benefiting from it over the other immensely. Good break for Worley IMO
