The Minnesota Twins are going to be adding starting pitching. If we know anything about this MLB offseason, we know that. But who? While I don't expect them to be shopping at the top of the market, the depth on this starting pitching free agent class and the early activity so far this offseason should result in some nice upgrades. Here's a discussion on the fallout from qualifying offers, early trade talk and a couple early transactions.
